Why Coaching

Coaching is a good fit for gaining traction in the present. Unlike therapy where we look at our past and try to figure out why we do the things we do and how to heal or work past certain aspects of our behavior, coaching starts from where you are currently.  As your coach, it’s my job to come alongside you and help you look at the things that are working for you and what’s not. We’ll talk openly and candidly about where you are at and what your goals are.


If you aren’t sure what you want but you just know there’s got to be more, we will figure out what things bring you joy and fulfillment. We will define action steps and paths to move you forward.  I’m going to cheer you on and work with you to keep you accountable in taking the necessary steps to help you live your best life with a deep sense of purpose.
