On-Demand Training

An On-Demand session is essentially on an "as needed" basis as opposed to starting another program with your coach. There are times after having worked with your coach that you might desire a single session as opposed to a 6-8 session block.

Examples:

  • Give me all the work in our sessions and I’ll work on it during the week, little contact needed, if I need you, I’ll reach out
  • I would like some hand holding, give me the work and check in on me a few times a week. Let’s share how I’m progressing through text
  • I want daily interaction to hold me accountable to my goals, the more the better. This allows me to see my daily wins and helps me to be more aware
