One-on-One Mentoring

Having one on one sessions over Zoom or in person will give us the bulk of our time together. Based on our sessions I will give you homework or action steps to work on until our next session. Then throughout the week I will check in with you through text or email and encourage you along the way. Some people like more contact than others and we will customize that to fit your needs and desires.

Examples:

  • Give me all the work in our sessions and I’ll work on it during the week, little contact needed, if I need you, I’ll reach out
  • I would like some hand holding, give me the work and check in on me a few times a week. Let’s share how I’m progressing through text
  • I want daily interaction to hold me accountable to my goals, the more the better. This allows me to see my daily wins and helps me to be more aware
